Natalie’s career started in the healthcare industry as a field organizer for the American Cancer Society (ACS). At ACS, she managed tobacco control initiatives at the state and local level as the State Tobacco Director. Following ACS, she worked for the State of Iowa, Department of Public Health in the Division of Tobacco Use Prevention and Control,
as a Community Consultant. She oversaw the implementation of local tobacco control programming and state grants. Prior to launching AHL, Natalie was a partner in a lobbying firm that she helped found in 2004.
Carl has more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. He derives better ways for businesses to handle advocacy, marketing, and sales processes. Carl received his B.S. and Master's in Business Administration from Drake University. He holds his Life, Health and Disability License in Iowa and several other states.
Lane joined the AHL staff in January of 2011 and brings a variety of experience from sales, account management and new business development to advocacy, training and volunteer recruitment. Her focus has been on creating new opportunities and building relationships. Lane is active in the community, sitting on multiple boards and attending community events. At AHL, Lane is responsible for working with our clients to find the right solutions to maximize their marketing initiatives.
Neely started her career with AHL in March of 2008 as a Project Manager. She has been an instrumental part of the growth of AHL, working to create a successful model for project implementation by collaborating with clients to ensure that projects are designed, managed and completed above expectation. Her professional experience includes leadership roles in a specialized call center for a national corporation, as well as grassroots and advocacy experience at the state level.
Our quality assurance and specialist teams receive extensive training to gain experience implementing solutions within the health field. They job shadow and cross train for 1 to 2 months before contributing to a project.
